Zechariah 1:9-11

9 Then I said, “What are these, my (A)lord?” And the (B)angel who was speaking with me said to me, “I will show you what these are.” 10 And the man who was standing among the myrtle trees responded and said, “These are the ones whom the Lord has sent to [a](C)patrol the earth.” 11 So they responded to the angel of the Lord who was (D)standing among the myrtle trees and said, “We have [b]patrolled the earth, and behold, (E)all the earth is [c]still and quiet.”

Zechariah 1:9-11
New International Version
9 I asked, “What are these, my lord?”
The angel(A) who was talking with me answered, “I will show you what they are.”(B)
10 Then the man standing among the myrtle trees explained, “They are the ones the Lord has sent to go throughout the earth.”(C)
11 And they reported to the angel of the Lord(D) who was standing among the myrtle trees, “We have gone throughout the earth and found the whole world at rest and in peace.”(E)
