Zechariah 1:14-16

14 And the angel who was talking with me said to me, “Proclaim, saying, ‘Thus says Yahweh of hosts: “I am very jealous[a] for Jerusalem and for Zion! 15 And I am extremely angry[b] with the nations that are at ease, for while I was a little angry, they furthered disaster.”[c] 16 Therefore, thus says Yahweh: “I have returned to Jerusalem with compassion. My temple[d] will be built in it,” declares[e] Yahweh of hosts, “and a measuring line will be stretched out over Jerusalem.”’

14 Then the angel who was speaking to me said, “Proclaim this word: This is what the Lord Almighty says: ‘I am very jealous(A) for Jerusalem and Zion, 15 and I am very angry with the nations that feel secure.(B) I was only a little angry,(C) but they went too far with the punishment.’(D)
16 “Therefore this is what the Lord says: ‘I will return(E) to Jerusalem with mercy, and there my house will be rebuilt. And the measuring line(F) will be stretched out over Jerusalem,’ declares the Lord Almighty.(G)
