¹² And I responded the second time and said to him, “What are the two olive ^[a]branches which are beside the two golden pipes, which empty the golden oil from themselves?” ¹³ So he answered me, saying, “^(A)Do you not know what these are?” And I said, “No, ^(B)my lord.” ¹⁴ Then he said, “These are the two ^[b](C)anointed ones, who are ^(D)standing by the ^(E)Lord of the whole earth.”

Parable of Ten Virgins

25 “Then ^(A)the kingdom of heaven will be comparable to ten virgins, who took their ^(B)lamps and went out to meet the groom. ² Five of them were foolish, and five were ^(C)prudent. ³ For when the foolish took their lamps, they did not take extra oil with them; ⁴ but the ^(D)prudent ones took oil in flasks with their lamps.
