Vision of the Measuring Line

2 Then I raised my eyes and looked, and behold, ^(A)a man with a measuring line in his hand.

³ He took me there, and behold, there was a man whose appearance was ^(A)like the appearance of bronze. ^(B)He had a line of flax ^(C)and a measuring rod in his hand, and he stood in the gateway.

¹⁶ ‘Therefore thus says the Lord:

¹⁵ And he who talked with me ^(A)had a gold reed to measure the city, its gates, and its wall.

The Two Witnesses

11 Then I was given ^(A)a reed like a measuring rod. ^[a]And the angel stood, saying, ^(B)“Rise and measure the temple of God, the altar, and those who worship there.

⁴ Again he measured one thousand and brought me through the waters; the water came up to my knees. Again he measured one thousand and brought me through; the water came up to my waist.

⁵ Now there was ^(A)a wall all around the outside of the ^[a]temple. In the man’s hand was a measuring rod six ^[b]cubits long, each being a cubit and a handbreadth; and he measured the width of the wall structure, one rod; and the height, one rod.

Vision of the Horns

¹⁸ Then I raised my eyes and looked, and there were four ^(A)horns.
