De vliegende boekrol
5 Toen zag ik een vliegende boekrol. 2 De engel vroeg mij: "Wat zie je?" Ik antwoordde: "Een vliegende boekrol van 20 el (9 m) lang en 10 el (4 ½ m) breed." 3 De engel zei: "Die boekrol is de vervloeking die over het hele land gaat. Iedereen die steelt, zal door de vervloeking worden gedood. Ook iedereen die iets zweert wat niet waar is, of zich niet houdt aan wat hij heeft gezworen. 4 De Heer zegt: 'Ik heb die vervloeking gestuurd naar het huis van dieven en van mensen die liegen als ze bij Mij zweren. De vervloeking zal het huis van die mensen treffen en totaal vernietigen: hout, steen, alles.' "
De vrouw in de emmer
5 Toen kwam de engel die met mij sprak weer naar mij toe en zei: "Kijk eens wat daar aankomt." 6 Ik vroeg: "Wat is dat?" Hij antwoordde: "Dat is een emmer, een maatbeker voor graan (een 'efa'). Hij stelt de ongehoorzaamheid van het hele land voor." 7 Er zat een loden deksel op de emmer. Het deksel werd opgetild en ik zag dat er een vrouw in de emmer zat. 8 De engel zei: "Die vrouw stelt de slechtheid van het land voor." De engel duwde de vrouw in de emmer terug en deed het loden deksel weer dicht. 9 Toen zag ik twee vrouwen komen aanvliegen met ruisende vleugels. Want ze hadden vleugels die leken op die van een ooievaar. Ze tilden samen de emmer op en vlogen ermee weg. 10 Ik vroeg aan de engel: "Waar brengen ze die emmer heen?" 11 Hij antwoordde: "Naar Sinear. Daar bouwen ze een verblijfplaats voor de vrouw. Als die klaar is, zetten ze haar daar neer."

5 Mi-am ridicat din nou ochii, m-am uitat şi am văzut un sul care zbura[a]. 2 Îngerul m-a întrebat:
– Ce vezi?
Eu i-am răspuns:
– Văd un sul care zboară. Acesta are o lungime de douăzeci de coţi şi o lăţime de zece coţi[b].
3 El mi-a zis:
– Acesta este blestemul care porneşte pe întinderea întregii ţări, căci, aşa cum este scris pe o parte a sulului, orice hoţ va fi pedepsit, şi, aşa cum este scris pe cealaltă parte, oricine jură fals[c] va fi pedepsit. 4 „Îl voi trimite, zice Domnul Oştirilor, să intre în casa hoţului şi în casa celui ce jură fals în Numele Meu. Va rămâne astfel în casa aceea şi o va distruge împreună cu lemnele şi cu pietrele ei.“
A şaptea viziune: femeia din efă
5 Îngerul care vorbea cu mine a înaintat şi mi-a zis:
– Ridică-ţi acum ochii şi priveşte la ceea ce apare!
6 – Ce este aceasta? am întrebat eu.
El mi-a zis:
– Ceea ce apare este o efă[d].
Şi a adăugat:
– Aceasta este fărădelegea[e] lor în toată ţara.
7 Atunci a fost ridicat capacul de plumb şi acolo, în mijlocul efei, stătea o femeie. 8 El mi-a zis:
– Aceasta este Răutatea.
Apoi a împins-o înapoi în efă şi a aruncat greutatea de plumb peste gura efei.
9 Mi-am ridicat ochii, m-am uitat şi am văzut ivindu-se două femei. Vântul le sufla în aripi, iar aripile lor erau ca aripile berzei. Ele au ridicat efa între pământ şi ceruri.
10 L-am întrebat atunci pe îngerul care vorbea cu mine:
– Unde duc ele efa?
11 El mi-a răspuns:
– Se duc să-i zidească o casă în ţara Şinar[f]. Când va fi gata efa, va fi aşezată acolo, la locul ei.

The Flying Scroll
5 I looked again, and there before me was a flying scroll.(A)
2 He asked me, “What do you see?”(B)
I answered, “I see a flying scroll, twenty cubits long and ten cubits wide.[a]”
3 And he said to me, “This is the curse(C) that is going out over the whole land; for according to what it says on one side, every thief(D) will be banished, and according to what it says on the other, everyone who swears falsely(E) will be banished. 4 The Lord Almighty declares, ‘I will send it out, and it will enter the house of the thief and the house of anyone who swears falsely(F) by my name. It will remain in that house and destroy it completely, both its timbers and its stones.(G)’”
The Woman in a Basket
5 Then the angel who was speaking to me came forward and said to me, “Look up and see what is appearing.”
6 I asked, “What is it?”
He replied, “It is a basket.(H)” And he added, “This is the iniquity[b] of the people throughout the land.”
7 Then the cover of lead was raised, and there in the basket sat a woman! 8 He said, “This is wickedness,” and he pushed her back into the basket and pushed its lead cover down on it.(I)
9 Then I looked up—and there before me were two women, with the wind in their wings! They had wings like those of a stork,(J) and they lifted up the basket between heaven and earth.
10 “Where are they taking the basket?” I asked the angel who was speaking to me.
11 He replied, “To the country of Babylonia[c](K) to build a house(L) for it. When the house is ready, the basket will be set there in its place.”(M)

5 我又舉目觀看，見有一飛行的書卷。 2 他問我說：「你看見什麼？」我回答說：「我看見一飛行的書卷，長二十肘，寬十肘。」 3 他對我說：「這是發出行在遍地上的咒詛，凡偷竊的必按卷上這面的話除滅，凡起假誓的必按卷上那面的話除滅。 4 萬軍之耶和華說：我必使這書卷出去，進入偷竊人的家和指我名起假誓人的家，必常在他家裡，連房屋帶木石都毀滅了。」
見量器中之婦
5 與我說話的天使出來，對我說：「你要舉目觀看，見所出來的是什麼。」 6 我說：「這是什麼呢？」他說：「這出來的是量器。」他又說：「這是惡人在遍地的形狀。」 7 我見有一片圓鉛被舉起來，這坐在量器中的是個婦人。 8 天使說：「這是罪惡。」他就把婦人扔在量器中，將那片圓鉛扔在量器的口上。 9 我又舉目觀看，見有兩個婦人出來，在她們翅膀中有風，飛得甚快，翅膀如同鸛鳥的翅膀。她們將量器抬起來，懸在天地中間。 10 我問與我說話的天使說：「她們要將量器抬到哪裡去呢？」 11 他對我說：「要往示拿地去，為它蓋造房屋。等房屋齊備，就把它安置在自己的地方。」
