Ya Mukulu wa Bayimbi. Eyimbibwa okujjukira Okufa kw’Omwana. Zabbuli ya Dawudi.
9 (A)Nnaakutenderezanga, Ayi Mukama n’omutima gwange gwonna;
nnaayolesanga ebikolwa byo eby’ekitalo byonna.
2 (B)Nnaasanyukanga era nnaajagulizanga mu ggwe.
Nnaayimbanga nga ntendereza erinnya lyo, Ayi Mukama Ali Waggulu Ennyo.
3 Abalabe bange bazzeeyo emabega,
beesittadde ne bazikiririra mu maaso go.
4 (C)Kubanga owagidde ebiŋŋwanira, n’ensonga zange;
era otudde ku ntebe yo ey’obwakabaka n’osala omusango mu bwenkanya.
5 (D)Waboggolera amawanga, n’ozikiriza ababi;
erinnya lyabwe n’olisangulirawo ddala emirembe n’emirembe.
6 (E)Abalabe obamaliddewo ddala,
n’ebibuga byabwe obizikirizza,
era tewali aliddayo kubijjukira.
7 (F)Naye Mukama afuga emirembe gyonna;
era ataddewo entebe ye ey’okusalirako emisango.
8 (G)Aliramula ensi mu butuukirivu,
era alisalira abantu bonna emisango mu bwenkanya.
9 (H)Mukama kye kiddukiro ky’abo abanyigirizibwa;
era kye kigo kyabwe mu biseera eby’akabi.
10 (I)Abo abamanyi erinnya lyo, Ayi Mukama, banaakwesiganga;
kubanga abakunoonya tobaleka bokka.
11 (J)Muyimbe okutendereza Mukama, atudde ku ntebe ey’obwakabaka mu Sayuuni;
mutegeeze amawanga gonna by’akoze.
12 (K)Ajjukira n’awoolera eggwanga
era assaayo omwoyo eri abo abanyigirizibwa.
13 (L)Onsaasire, Ayi Mukama; otunuulire abalabe bange abangigganya,
onzigye ku miryango gy’okufa.
14 (M)Ndyoke nkutenderezenga mu lwatu
mu miryango[a] gy’omuwala wa Sayuuni:
era njagulizenga mu bulokozi bwo.
15 (N)Abantu mu mawanga bagudde mu binnya bye baasima;
era n’emitego gyabwe gimasuse ne gibakwasa.
16 Mukama yeeraze nga bw’asala emisango egy’ensonga.
Omubi akwatiddwa mu mutego gw’emikono gye.
17 (O)Ababi balisuulibwa emagombe;
ebyo bye bituuka ku mawanga gonna ageerabira Katonda.
18 (P)Kubanga abali mu kwetaaga tebalyerabirwa ennaku zonna,
era n’ababonyaabonyezebwa tebaliggwaamu ssuubi emirembe gyonna.
19 Ogolokoke, Ayi Mukama, tokkiriza muntu kuwangula;
leka amawanga gasalirwe omusango mu maaso go.
20 (Q)Bakankanye n’okutya, Ayi Mukama;
amawanga gonna galyoke gategeere nti bantu buntu.

I Will Recount Your Wonderful Deeds
[a] To the choirmaster: according to Muth-labben.[b] A Psalm of David.
9 I will give thanks to the Lord with my whole heart;
I will recount all of your (A)wonderful deeds.
2 I will be glad and (B)exult in you;
I will (C)sing praise to your name, (D)O Most High.
3 When my enemies turn back,
they stumble and perish before[c] your presence.
4 For you have (E)maintained my just cause;
you have (F)sat on the throne, giving righteous judgment.
5 You have (G)rebuked the nations; you have made the wicked perish;
you have (H)blotted out their name forever and ever.
6 The enemy came to an end in everlasting ruins;
their cities you rooted out;
the very memory of them has perished.
7 But the Lord sits enthroned forever;
he has established his throne for justice,
8 and he (I)judges the world with righteousness;
he (J)judges the peoples with uprightness.
9 The Lord is (K)a stronghold for (L)the oppressed,
a stronghold in (M)times of trouble.
10 And those who (N)know your name put their trust in you,
for you, O Lord, have not forsaken those who seek you.
11 Sing praises to the Lord, who (O)sits enthroned in Zion!
Tell among the peoples his (P)deeds!
12 For he who (Q)avenges blood is mindful of them;
he (R)does not forget the cry of the afflicted.
13 (S)Be gracious to me, O Lord!
See my affliction from those who hate me,
O you who lift me up from (T)the gates of death,
14 that I may recount all your praises,
that in the gates of (U)the daughter of Zion
I may (V)rejoice in your salvation.
15 The nations have sunk in (W)the pit that they made;
in (X)the net that they hid, their own foot has been caught.
16 The Lord has made himself (Y)known; he has executed judgment;
the wicked are snared in the work of their own hands. Higgaion.[d] Selah
18 For the needy shall not always be forgotten,
and (AB)the hope of the poor shall not perish forever.
19 (AC)Arise, O Lord! Let not (AD)man prevail;
let the nations be judged before you!
20 Put them in fear, O Lord!
Let the nations know that they are but (AE)men! Selah

1 I will give thanks to you, Lord, with all my heart;(A)
I will tell of all your wonderful deeds.(B)
2 I will be glad and rejoice(C) in you;
I will sing the praises(D) of your name,(E) O Most High.
3 My enemies turn back;
they stumble and perish before you.
4 For you have upheld my right(F) and my cause,(G)
sitting enthroned(H) as the righteous judge.(I)
5 You have rebuked the nations(J) and destroyed the wicked;
you have blotted out their name(K) for ever and ever.
6 Endless ruin has overtaken my enemies,
you have uprooted their cities;(L)
even the memory of them(M) has perished.
7 The Lord reigns forever;(N)
he has established his throne(O) for judgment.
8 He rules the world in righteousness(P)
and judges the peoples with equity.(Q)
9 The Lord is a refuge(R) for the oppressed,(S)
a stronghold in times of trouble.(T)
10 Those who know your name(U) trust in you,
for you, Lord, have never forsaken(V) those who seek you.(W)
11 Sing the praises(X) of the Lord, enthroned in Zion;(Y)
proclaim among the nations(Z) what he has done.(AA)
12 For he who avenges blood(AB) remembers;
he does not ignore the cries of the afflicted.(AC)
13 Lord, see how my enemies(AD) persecute me!
Have mercy(AE) and lift me up from the gates of death,(AF)
14 that I may declare your praises(AG)
in the gates of Daughter Zion,(AH)
and there rejoice in your salvation.(AI)
15 The nations have fallen into the pit they have dug;(AJ)
their feet are caught in the net they have hidden.(AK)
16 The Lord is known by his acts of justice;
the wicked are ensnared by the work of their hands.[c](AL)
17 The wicked go down to the realm of the dead,(AM)
all the nations that forget God.(AN)
18 But God will never forget the needy;
the hope(AO) of the afflicted(AP) will never perish.
