Titus 2:3-5
New English Translation
3 Older women likewise are to exhibit behavior fitting for those who are holy, not slandering, not slaves to excessive drinking, but teaching what is good. 4 In this way[a] they will train[b] the younger women to love their husbands, to love their children, 5 to be self-controlled,[c] pure, fulfilling their duties at home,[d] kind, being subject to their own husbands, so that the message[e] of God may not be discredited.[f]

3 In the same way, older women(A) are to be reverent in behavior, not slanderers, not slaves to excessive drinking. They are to teach what is good, 4 so that they may encourage the young women to love their husbands and to love their children, 5 to be self-controlled, pure, workers at home, kind, and in submission(B) to their husbands, so that God’s word(C) will not be slandered.
