Titus 1:13-2:1
Revised Standard Version
13 This testimony is true. Therefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith, 14 instead of giving heed to Jewish myths or to commands of men who reject the truth. 15 To the pure all things are pure, but to the corrupt and unbelieving nothing is pure; their very minds and consciences are corrupted. 16 They profess to know God, but they deny him by their deeds; they are detestable, disobedient, unfit for any good deed.
Teach Sound Doctrine
2 But as for you, teach what befits sound doctrine.
Titus 1:13-2:1
American Standard Version
13 This testimony is true. For which cause reprove them sharply, that they may be [a]sound in the faith, 14 not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men who turn away from the truth. 15 To the pure all things are pure: but to them that are defiled and unbelieving nothing is pure; but both their mind and their conscience are defiled. 16 They profess that they know God; but by their works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.
2 But speak thou the things which befit the [b]sound [c]doctrine:
