13 This testimony is true. For this reason (A)reprove them (B)severely so that they may be (C)sound in the faith, 14 not paying attention to Jewish (D)myths and (E)commandments of men who (F)turn away from the truth. 15 (G)To the pure, all things are pure, but (H)to those who are defiled and unbelieving, nothing is pure, but both their (I)mind and their conscience are defiled. 16 (J)They profess to know God, but by their works they (K)deny Him, being (L)detestable and (M)disobedient and (N)unfit (O)for any good work.

For which cause reprove them sharply, that they may be [a]sound in the faith, 14 not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men who turn away from the truth. 15 To the pure all things are pure: but to them that are defiled and unbelieving nothing is pure; but both their mind and their conscience are defiled. 16 They profess that they know God; but by their works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.
