Titos 1
Orthodox Jewish Bible
1 Sha’ul an eved of Hashem and a Shliach of Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach Yehoshua, for the furtherance of the [charedi (orthodox)] emunah of the Bechirei Hashem (chosen ones of G-d) and of da’as HaEmes (knowledge of the Truth) as pertains to chasidus [in Moshiach].
2 The mekor (basis) of this is a tikvah of Chayyei Olam which Hashem Who cannot speak sheker [BAMIDBAR 24:19; SHMUEL ALEF 15:29] promised before the Yamim HaOlam (days of eternity),
3 But revealed at the proper time Hashem’s dvar [Besuras HaGeulah] in the hachrazah (proclamation, kerygma), with which I was entrusted, according to the mitzvat Hashem Moshieynu.
4 To Titos, beni ha’amitti baEmunah (my true son in the faith), the [orthodox Jewish] emunah shared in common. Chen v’Chesed Hashem and Shalom from Elohim HaAv and Moshiach Yehoshua Moshieynu.
5 For this reason I left you in Crete that you should set beseder (according to acceptable order) what remains and give messianic s’michah to Zekenim (SHEMOT 12:21) city by city, as I directed you.
6 If anyone is without reproach, a ba’al isha echat (a one woman man/master, see OJB, p.1078, 1Ti 3:2; 5:9), his banim being ma’aminim in Moshiach, and not under accusation of debauchery and zenut or sorrut (rebelliousness, insubordination) [1Sm 2:22-25],
7 For it is necessary for the congregational Mashgiach Ruchani to be without reproach as Hashem’s mefake’ach al Beis Hashem (steward or supervisor of the House of G-d), not a ba’al gaavah (a haughty person), not quick in ka’as (anger), not a shikkor (drunkard) given to much wine, not violent, not a gelt-loving kamtzan (miser).
8 Rather, the Mashgiach Ruchani must be one who practices hachnosas orchim (hospitality), an ohev es haTov (a lover of the good), having seichel, a tzaddik, kadosh (holy), with shlitah atzmi (self-control),
9 Devoted to the faithful hatafah (preaching) of the Besuras HaGeulah, adequate for hora’ah (teaching) that exhorts to [Moshiach’s] orthodox Jewish doctrine and for refuting and exposing with conviction the ones speaking against it.
10 For there are indeed many mitnaggedim (opponents), idle talkers and deceivers, especially the ones of the party of the Mohalim HaGoyim (false teacher Circumcisers of Gentiles),
11 Whose mouths it is necessary to stop, who are subverting entire mishpochot (families) by teaching what they ought not, for the sake of dishonest gelt.
12 A certain one of them, a "navi" of their own number, said, "Cretans are always meshakkrim (liars), wicked beasts, lazy trombeniks (gluttons)."
13 This eidus (testimony) is true, for which cause rebuke them sharply, that they may be orthodox Jewish in [Moshiach’s] emunah,
14 Not paying attention to Jewish aggadot and to mitzvot d’Rabbanan (precepts imposed by the rabbis, i.e., which contradict the Kitvei Hakodesh—1C 4:6; DEVARIM 4:2), becoming meshummad (apostate) from HaEmes.
15 All things are tahor to hatehorim; but, to the ones having been defiled and taking the side of the Apikoros, nothing is tahor, but has been made tameh, both lev and matzpun.
16 Hashem they profess to know, but by their ma’asim they deny him, being disqualified [for the rabbanut or ministry of Moshiach] and being without mishma’at (obedience), and, as to every one of the ma’asim tovim, unpalatably unkosher (unfit).
Titus 1
New International Version
1 Paul, a servant of God(A) and an apostle(B) of Jesus Christ to further the faith of God’s elect and their knowledge of the truth(C) that leads to godliness(D)— 2 in the hope of eternal life,(E) which God, who does not lie,(F) promised before the beginning of time,(G) 3 and which now at his appointed season(H) he has brought to light(I) through the preaching entrusted to me(J) by the command of God(K) our Savior,(L)
4 To Titus,(M) my true son(N) in our common faith:
Grace and peace from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Savior.(O)
Appointing Elders Who Love What Is Good(P)
5 The reason I left you in Crete(Q) was that you might put in order what was left unfinished and appoint[a] elders(R) in every town, as I directed you. 6 An elder must be blameless,(S) faithful to his wife, a man whose children believe[b] and are not open to the charge of being wild and disobedient. 7 Since an overseer(T) manages God’s household,(U) he must be blameless—not overbearing, not quick-tempered, not given to drunkenness, not violent, not pursuing dishonest gain.(V) 8 Rather, he must be hospitable,(W) one who loves what is good,(X) who is self-controlled,(Y) upright, holy and disciplined. 9 He must hold firmly(Z) to the trustworthy message as it has been taught, so that he can encourage others by sound doctrine(AA) and refute those who oppose it.
Rebuking Those Who Fail to Do Good
10 For there are many rebellious people, full of meaningless talk(AB) and deception, especially those of the circumcision group.(AC) 11 They must be silenced, because they are disrupting whole households(AD) by teaching things they ought not to teach—and that for the sake of dishonest gain. 12 One of Crete’s own prophets(AE) has said it: “Cretans(AF) are always liars, evil brutes, lazy gluttons.”[c] 13 This saying is true. Therefore rebuke(AG) them sharply, so that they will be sound in the faith(AH) 14 and will pay no attention to Jewish myths(AI) or to the merely human commands(AJ) of those who reject the truth.(AK) 15 To the pure, all things are pure,(AL) but to those who are corrupted and do not believe, nothing is pure.(AM) In fact, both their minds and consciences are corrupted.(AN) 16 They claim to know God, but by their actions they deny him.(AO) They are detestable, disobedient and unfit for doing anything good.(AP)

New King James Version
Greeting
1 Paul, a bondservant of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God’s elect and (A)the acknowledgment of the truth (B)which accords with godliness, 2 in hope of eternal life which God, who (C)cannot lie, promised before time began, 3 but has in due time manifested His word through preaching, which was committed to me according to the commandment of God our Savior;
4 To (D)Titus, a true son in our common faith:
Grace, mercy, and peace from God the Father and [a]the Lord Jesus Christ our Savior.
Qualified Elders
5 For this reason I left you in Crete, that you should (E)set in order the things that are lacking, and appoint elders in every city as I commanded you— 6 if a man is blameless, the husband of one wife, (F)having faithful children not accused of [b]dissipation or insubordination. 7 For a [c]bishop must be blameless, as a steward of God, not self-willed, not quick-tempered, (G)not given to wine, not violent, not greedy for money, 8 but hospitable, a lover of what is good, sober-minded, just, holy, self-controlled, 9 holding fast the faithful word as he has been taught, that he may be able, by sound doctrine, both to exhort and convict those who contradict.
The Elders’ Task
10 For there are many insubordinate, both idle (H)talkers and deceivers, especially those of the circumcision, 11 whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole households, teaching things which they ought not, (I)for the sake of dishonest gain. 12 (J)One of them, a prophet of their own, said, “Cretans are always liars, evil beasts, lazy gluttons.” 13 This testimony is true. (K)Therefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith, 14 not giving heed to Jewish fables and (L)commandments of men who turn from the truth. 15 (M)To the pure all things are pure, but to those who are defiled and unbelieving nothing is pure; but even their mind and conscience are defiled. 16 They profess to (N)know God, but (O)in works they deny Him, being [d]abominable, disobedient, (P)and disqualified for every good work.

Tit 1
Haitian Creole Version
1 ¶ Mwen menm, Pòl, mwen se sèvitè Bondye, yon apòt Jezikri. Se Bondye menm ki voye m' pou m' ede moun li chwazi yo rive gen konfyans nan li, pou m' fè yo konnen verite a jan n'ap viv li nan sèvis Bondye,
2 pou yo ka gen espwa resevwa lavi ki p'ap janm fini an.
Mwen mande Bondye Papa a ansanm ak Jezikri, Sovè nou an, pou yo ba ou benediksyon ak kè poze.
8 Men, se pou l' konn resevwa moun lakay li.
Lide yo sou manje ase.
13 Sa li di a, se vre wi. Se poutèt sa, pale sevè ak yo pou yo ka sensè nan konfyans yo,
14 pou yo pa swiv vye istwa jwif yo fè, ni kòmandman ki soti nan moun ki vire do bay verite a.
15 Pou yon moun k'ap fè volonte Bondye, tout bagay bon.
Men, sa y'ap fè a demanti yo.
