Thánh Thi Của A-sáp, Theo Điệu Chớ Hủy Diệt, Bài Ca Cho Nhạc Trưởng
75 Lạy Đức Chúa Trời, chúng tôi cảm tạ Ngài, chúng tôi cảm tạ Chúa.[a]
Vì danh Ngài thật gần chúng tôi,[b]
Mọi người tường thuật những việc diệu kỳ Ngài làm.
2 Khi đến thời điểm Ta đã định,
Thì Ta sẽ phán xét công bình.
3 Khi trái đất và cả dân cư trên ấy run rẩy rúng động,[c]
Thì chính Ta sẽ giữ vững nền móng nó. Sê-la
4 Ta phán cùng kẻ kiêu ngạo rằng: Chớ kiêu ngạo,
Cùng kẻ ác rằng: Chớ khoe khoang sức mạnh.[d]
5 Chớ khoa trương sức mạnh nghịch trời cao,
Cũng đừng giương cổ[e] tranh cãi.
6 Vì không phải từ phương đông hay phương tây,
Cũng không phải từ sa mạc mà có sự tôn trọng.[f]
7 Nhưng Đức Chúa Trời là Đấng phán xét,
Ngài hạ kẻ này xuống, nhắc kẻ kia lên.
8 Vì CHÚA cầm chén trong tay,
Chén đầy rượu pha, sủi bọt.
Ngài đổ rượu ra, tất cả những kẻ ác trên đất sẽ uống rượu ấy,
Thật vậy, chúng sẽ phải uống cạn cả cặn.
9 Còn tôi, tôi sẽ luôn luôn công bố về điều đó,[g]
Tôi sẽ ca ngợi Đức Chúa Trời của Gia-cốp.
10 Và Chúa sẽ hủy diệt hết sức mạnh[h] của kẻ ác,
Còn sức mạnh của người công chính sẽ được thêm lên.[i]

For the director of music. To the tune of “Do Not Destroy.” A psalm of Asaph. A song.
1 We praise you, God,
we praise you, for your Name is near;(A)
people tell of your wonderful deeds.(B)
2 You say, “I choose the appointed time;(C)
it is I who judge with equity.(D)
3 When the earth and all its people quake,(E)
it is I who hold its pillars(F) firm.[b]
4 To the arrogant(G) I say, ‘Boast no more,’(H)
and to the wicked, ‘Do not lift up your horns.[c](I)
5 Do not lift your horns against heaven;
do not speak so defiantly.(J)’”
6 No one from the east or the west
or from the desert can exalt themselves.
7 It is God who judges:(K)
He brings one down, he exalts another.(L)
8 In the hand of the Lord is a cup
full of foaming wine mixed(M) with spices;
he pours it out, and all the wicked of the earth
drink it down to its very dregs.(N)

75 Unto thee, O God, do we give thanks, unto thee do we give thanks: for that thy name is near thy wondrous works declare.
2 When I shall receive the congregation I will judge uprightly.
3 The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: I bear up the pillars of it. Selah.
4 I said unto the fools, Deal not foolishly: and to the wicked, Lift not up the horn:
5 Lift not up your horn on high: speak not with a stiff neck.
6 For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south.
7 But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.
8 For in the hand of the Lord there is a cup, and the wine is red; it is full of mixture; and he poureth out of the same: but the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out, and drink them.
9 But I will declare for ever; I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.
10 All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.

75 We give thanks to You, O God, we give thanks!
For Your wondrous works declare that Your name is near.
2 “When I choose the [b]proper time,
I will judge uprightly.
3 The earth and all its inhabitants are dissolved;
I set up its pillars firmly. Selah
4 “I said to the boastful, ‘Do not deal boastfully,’
And to the wicked, (B)‘Do not [c]lift up the horn.
5 Do not lift up your horn on high;
Do not speak with [d]a stiff neck.’ ”
6 For exaltation comes neither from the east
Nor from the west nor from the south.
7 But (C)God is the Judge:
(D)He puts down one,
And exalts another.
8 For (E)in the hand of the Lord there is a cup,
And the wine is red;
It is fully mixed, and He pours it out;
Surely its dregs shall all the wicked of the earth
Drain and drink down.
9 But I will declare forever,
I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.
10 “All(F) the [e]horns of the wicked I will also cut off,
But (G)the horns of the righteous shall be (H)exalted.”
