Thượng Đế mang dân Ít-ra-en ra khỏi Ai-cập
114 Khi dân Ít-ra-en ra khỏi Ai-cập,
nhà Gia-cốp rời bỏ một xứ ngoại quốc.
2 Giu-đa trở thành nơi thánh cho Chúa;
Ít-ra-en trở nên đất Ngài cai trị.
3 Hồng hải nhìn xong liền bỏ chạy;
sông Giô-đanh chảy lùi lại.
4 Núi nhún nhảy như dê đực,
và đồi nhảy nhót như cừu non.
5 Nầy biển, sao ngươi bỏ chạy?
Nầy sông Giô-đanh, sao ngươi chảy lùi lại?
6 Nầy núi, sao các ngươi nhảy
như dê đực?
Còn đồi, sao các ngươi nhảy nhót như cừu non vậy?
7 Hỡi trái đất, hãy run sợ trước mặt Chúa,
trước mặt Thượng Đế của Gia-cốp.
8 Ngài biến tảng đá ra ao nước,
biến khối đá cứng ra suối nước.

Jacob from a people of foreign tongue,
2 Judah(B) became God’s sanctuary,(C)
Israel his dominion.
3 The sea looked and fled,(D)
the Jordan turned back;(E)
4 the mountains leaped(F) like rams,
the hills like lambs.
5 Why was it, sea, that you fled?(G)
Why, Jordan, did you turn back?
6 Why, mountains, did you leap like rams,
you hills, like lambs?
