Hạnh Phúc Thật
1 Phước cho người nào
Không đi theo mưu kế kẻ ác,
Không đứng trong đường tội nhân,
Không ngồi chung với kẻ nhạo báng.
2 Nhưng vui thích trong thánh luật của CHÚA,
Ngày đêm suy ngẫm thánh luật ấy.
3 Người ấy sẽ như cây trồng bên dòng nước,
Sinh hoa quả đúng mùa,
Lá không tàn héo.
Mọi việc người làm đều thịnh vượng.
4 Kẻ ác không được như vậy,
Nhưng chúng nó giống như rơm rác,
Gió cuốn bay đi.
5 Nên kẻ ác sẽ không đứng nổi trong ngày phán xét,
Tội nhân sẽ không được ở trong hội người công chính.
6 Vì CHÚA biết đường lối người công chính,
Nhưng đường lối kẻ ác sẽ bị diệt vong.

Psalms 1–41
The Way of the Righteous and the End of the Ungodly
1 Blessed (A)is the man
Who walks not in the counsel of the [a]ungodly,
Nor stands in the path of sinners,
(B)Nor sits in the seat of the scornful;
2 But (C)his delight is in the law of the Lord,
(D)And in His law he [b]meditates day and night.
3 He shall be like a tree
(E)Planted by the [c]rivers of water,
That brings forth its fruit in its season,
Whose leaf also shall not wither;
And whatever he does shall (F)prosper.
4 The ungodly are not so,
But are (G)like the chaff which the wind drives away.
5 Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment,
Nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.
6 For (H)the Lord knows the way of the righteous,
But the way of the ungodly shall perish.

1 Heureux l'homme qui ne marche pas selon le conseil des méchants, Qui ne s'arrête pas sur la voie des pécheurs, Et qui ne s'assied pas en compagnie des moqueurs,
2 Mais qui trouve son plaisir dans la loi de l'Éternel, Et qui la médite jour et nuit!
3 Il est comme un arbre planté près d'un courant d'eau, Qui donne son fruit en sa saison, Et dont le feuillage ne se flétrit point: Tout ce qu'il fait lui réussit.
4 Il n'en est pas ainsi des méchants: Ils sont comme la paille que le vent dissipe.
5 C'est pourquoi les méchants ne résistent pas au jour du jugement, Ni les pécheurs dans l'assemblée des justes;
6 Car l'Éternel connaît la voie des justes, Et la voie des pécheurs mène à la ruine.
