3 If the foundations be destroyed, what can the tzaddik do?

4 Hashem is in His Heikhal Kodesh, Hashem’s kisse is in Shomayim; His eyes examine, His eyelids try, Bnei Adam.

    what can the righteous do?”

4 The Lord is in his holy temple;(F)
    the Lord is on his heavenly throne.(G)
He observes everyone on earth;(H)
