⁶² By following the Law from Moses, they killed them. Innocent blood was saved that day. ⁶³ Hilkiah and his wife gave thanks that their daughter Susanna had not been found guilty of a shameful crime. Her husband Joakim and all their relatives also gave thanks. ⁶⁴ From that day Daniel was honored among the people.
