beside flowing streams,
washed in milk
and set like jewels.^[a]
¹³His cheeks^(B) are like beds of spice,
mounds of^[b] perfume.
His lips are lilies,
dripping with flowing myrrh.^(C)
¹⁴His arms^[c] are rods of gold
set^[d] with beryl.^(D)
His body^[e] is an ivory panel
