^15 (A)Behold, ^(B)you are beautiful, ^(C)my love;
    behold, you are beautiful;
    your ^(D)eyes are doves.

¹⁶ Behold, you are beautiful, ^(E)my beloved, truly ^(F)delightful.
Our couch is green;
¹⁷     the beams of our house are ^(G)cedar;
    our rafters are ^(H)pine.

² As a lily among brambles,
    so is ^(J)my love among the young women.

³ As an apple tree among the trees of the forest,
    so is my ^(K)beloved among the young men.
With great delight I sat ^(L)in his shadow,
    and his ^(M)fruit was sweet to my taste.
⁴ He ^(N)brought me to the banqueting house,^[b]
    and his ^(O)banner over me was love.
⁵ Sustain me with ^(P)raisins;
    refresh me with apples,
    ^(Q)for I am sick with love.
⁶ His ^(R)left hand is under my head,
    and his right hand ^(S)embraces me!
⁷ I ^(T)adjure you,^[c] O ^(U)daughters of Jerusalem,
    by ^(V)the gazelles or the does of the field,
that you not stir up or awaken love
    until it pleases.
