Song of Solomon 4:2-4

2 “Your (A)teeth are like a flock of newly shorn ewes
Which have come up from their washing,
All of which bear twins,
And not one among them has [a]lost her young.
3 “Your lips are like a (B)scarlet thread,
And your (C)mouth is lovely.
Your (D)temples are like a slice of a pomegranate
Behind your veil.
4 “Your (E)neck is like the tower of David,
Built [b]with rows of stones
On which are (F)hung a thousand shields,
All the round (G)shields of the mighty men.

Each has its twin;

4 Your neck is like the tower(E) of David,
built with courses of stone[a];
