Sirach 13:6-8

⁶ When they need you, they will deceive you
    and will smile at you and encourage you;
    they will speak to you kindly and say, “What do you need?”
⁷ They will embarrass you with their delicacies,
    until they have drained you two or three times,
    and finally they will laugh at you.
Should they see you afterwards, they will pass you by
    and shake their heads at you.^(A)
