Dios, el Rey de toda la tierra

47 Pueblos todos, ¡agiten las manos!
¡Aclamen a Dios con voces de júbilo!
2 El Señor, el Altísimo, es en verdad temible;
¡es el gran Rey de toda la tierra!
3 El Señor humillará bajo nosotros a los pueblos;
pondrá a las naciones bajo nuestros pies.
4 Escogió para nosotros la tierra que habitamos;
¡es el orgullo de Jacob, a quien amó!
5 Dios, el Señor, se ha entronizado
entre aclamaciones y sonido de trompetas.
6 ¡Cantemos salmos a nuestro Dios!
¡Cantemos salmos a nuestro Rey!
7 ¡Cantémosle un salmo digno de él,
porque Dios es el Rey de toda la tierra!
8 ¡Dios reina ya sobre las naciones!
¡Dios ocupa ya su santo trono!
9 Los príncipes de los pueblos se reúnen
con el pueblo del Dios de Abrahán.
10 ¡Dios merece ser grandemente exaltado,
porque de él son los poderes de la tierra!

47 O clap your hands, all ye people; shout unto God with the voice of triumph.
2 For the Lord most high is terrible; he is a great King over all the earth.
3 He shall subdue the people under us, and the nations under our feet.
4 He shall choose our inheritance for us, the excellency of Jacob whom he loved. Selah.
5 God is gone up with a shout, the Lord with the sound of a trumpet.
6 Sing praises to God, sing praises: sing praises unto our King, sing praises.
7 For God is the King of all the earth: sing ye praises with understanding.
8 God reigneth over the heathen: God sitteth upon the throne of his holiness.
9 The princes of the people are gathered together, even the people of the God of Abraham: for the shields of the earth belong unto God: he is greatly exalted.

Shout to God with the voice of triumph!
2 For the Lord Most High is awesome;

And the nations under our feet.
