¡Respóndeme cuando clamo,
oh Dios de mi justicia[b]!
Tú que en la angustia ensanchaste
mi camino,
ten misericordia de mí
y oye mi oración.
2 Oh hijos del hombre,
¿hasta cuándo convertirán mi honra en infamia, amarán la vanidad y buscarán el engaño? Selah[c]
3 Sepan que el SEÑOR ha apartado al piadoso para sí;
el SEÑOR oirá cuando yo clame a él.
4 Tiemblen y no pequen.
Reflexionen en su corazón sobre
su cama y estén en silencio. Selah[d]
5 Ofrezcan sacrificios de justicia
y confíen en el SEÑOR.
6 Muchos dicen:
“¿Quién nos mostrará el bien?”. Haz brillar sobre nosotros, oh SEÑOR, la luz de tu rostro.
7 Tú has dado tal alegría a mi corazón que sobrepasa a la alegría que ellos tienen con motivo de su siega y de su vendimia.
8 En paz me acostaré y dormiré; porque solo tú, oh SEÑOR,
me haces vivir seguro.

1 Answer me(A) when I call to you,
my righteous God.
Give me relief from my distress;(B)
have mercy(C) on me and hear my prayer.(D)
2 How long will you people turn my glory(E) into shame?(F)
How long will you love delusions and seek false gods[b]?[c](G)
3 Know that the Lord has set apart his faithful servant(H) for himself;
the Lord hears(I) when I call to him.
4 Tremble and[d] do not sin;(J)
when you are on your beds,(K)
search your hearts and be silent.
5 Offer the sacrifices of the righteous
and trust in the Lord.(L)
