Alabanza a la grandeza de Dios
Salmo de alabanza; de David.
145 Te exaltaré, mi Dios, mi Rey;
por siempre y siempre bendeciré tu nombre.
2 Todos los días te bendeciré,
por siempre y siempre alabaré tu nombre.
3 Grande es el Señor, y digno de suprema alabanza;
su grandeza es inescrutable.
4 Todas las generaciones celebrarán tus obras,
y darán a conocer tus grandes proezas.
5 Hablarán de tu gloria y majestad,
y yo proclamaré tus hechos maravillosos.
6 Reconocerán el poder de tus sublimes obras,
y yo daré a conocer tu grandeza.
7 Divulgarán el recuerdo de tu inmensa bondad,
y a grandes voces dirán que tú eres justo.
8 El Señor es compasivo y lleno de ternura;
lento para la ira y grande en misericordia.
9 El Señor es bueno con todos,
y se compadece de toda su creación.
10 Señor, ¡que toda tu creación te alabe!
¡Que te bendiga todos tus fieles!
11 ¡Que proclamen la gloria de tu reino!
¡Que den a conocer tu poder!
12 ¡Que conozcan todos tus hechos poderosos
y la gloriosa majestad de tu reino!
13 Tu reino es un reino de todos los siglos;
tu dominio durará por todas las generaciones.
14 Tú, Señor, levantas a los que tropiezan,
y reanimas a los que están fatigados.
15 Todos fijan en ti su mirada,
y tú les das su comida a su tiempo.
16 Cuando abres tus manos,
colmas de bendiciones a todos los seres vivos.
17 Tú, Señor, eres justo en todo lo que haces,
y todo lo haces con misericordia.
18 Tú, Señor, estás cerca de quienes te invocan,
de quienes te invocan con sinceridad.
19 Tú respondes a las peticiones de quienes te honran;
escuchas su clamor, y los salvas.
20 Tú, Señor, proteges a los que te aman,
pero destruyes a los malvados.
21 Señor, mis labios proclamarán tu alabanza.
¡Que la humanidad entera bendiga tu santo nombre
desde ahora y hasta siempre!

(1a) Alabanza de David.
145 (1b) Hablaré de tu grandeza, mi Dios y Rey;
bendeciré tu nombre por siempre.
2 Diariamente te bendeciré;
alabaré tu nombre por siempre.
3 El Señor es grande y muy digno de alabanza;
su grandeza excede nuestro entendimiento.
4 De padres a hijos se alabarán tus obras,
se anunciarán tus hechos poderosos.
5 Se hablará de tu majestad gloriosa,
y yo hablaré de tus maravillas.
6 Se hablará de tus hechos poderosos y terribles,
y yo hablaré de tu grandeza.
7 Se hablará de tu bondad inmensa,
y a gritos se dirá que tú eres justo.
8 El Señor es tierno y compasivo,
es paciente y todo amor.
9 El Señor es bueno para con todos,
y con ternura cuida sus obras.
10 ¡Que te alaben, Señor, todas tus obras!
¡Que te bendigan tus fieles!
11 ¡Que hablen del esplendor de tu reino!
¡Que hablen de tus hechos poderosos!
12 ¡Que se haga saber a los hombres tu poder
y el gran esplendor de tu reino!
13 Tu reino es un reino eterno,
tu dominio es por todos los siglos.
14 El Señor sostiene a los que caen
y levanta a los que desfallecen.
15 Los ojos de todos esperan de ti
que tú les des su comida a su tiempo.
16 Abres tu mano, y con tu buena voluntad
satisfaces a todos los seres vivos.
17 El Señor es justo en sus caminos,
bondadoso en sus acciones.
18 El Señor está cerca de los que lo invocan,
de los que lo invocan con sinceridad.
19 Él cumple los deseos de los que lo honran;
cuando le piden ayuda, los oye y los salva.
20 El Señor protege a los que lo aman,
pero destruye a los malvados.
21 ¡Que mis labios alaben al Señor!

A psalm of praise. Of David.
1 I will exalt you,(A) my God the King;(B)
I will praise your name(C) for ever and ever.
2 Every day I will praise(D) you
and extol your name(E) for ever and ever.
3 Great(F) is the Lord and most worthy of praise;(G)
his greatness no one can fathom.(H)
4 One generation(I) commends your works to another;
they tell(J) of your mighty acts.(K)
5 They speak of the glorious splendor(L) of your majesty—
and I will meditate on your wonderful works.[b](M)
6 They tell(N) of the power of your awesome works—(O)
and I will proclaim(P) your great deeds.(Q)
7 They celebrate your abundant goodness(R)
and joyfully sing(S) of your righteousness.(T)
9 The Lord is good(W) to all;
he has compassion(X) on all he has made.
10 All your works praise you,(Y) Lord;
your faithful people extol(Z) you.(AA)
11 They tell of the glory of your kingdom(AB)
and speak of your might,(AC)
12 so that all people may know of your mighty acts(AD)
and the glorious splendor of your kingdom.(AE)
13 Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom,(AF)
and your dominion endures through all generations.
The Lord is trustworthy(AG) in all he promises(AH)
and faithful in all he does.[c]
14 The Lord upholds(AI) all who fall
and lifts up all(AJ) who are bowed down.(AK)
15 The eyes of all look to you,
and you give them their food(AL) at the proper time.
16 You open your hand
and satisfy the desires(AM) of every living thing.
17 The Lord is righteous(AN) in all his ways
and faithful in all he does.(AO)
18 The Lord is near(AP) to all who call on him,(AQ)
to all who call on him in truth.
19 He fulfills the desires(AR) of those who fear him;(AS)
he hears their cry(AT) and saves them.(AU)
20 The Lord watches over(AV) all who love him,(AW)
but all the wicked he will destroy.(AX)

1 Ein Loblied, von David.[a]
Ich will dich erheben, mein Gott, du König,
und deinen Namen loben immer und ewiglich!
2 Täglich will ich dich preisen
und deinen Namen rühmen immer und ewiglich!
3 Groß ist der Herr und hoch zu loben,
ja, seine Größe ist unerforschlich.
4 Ein Geschlecht rühme dem andern
deine Werke
und verkündige deine mächtigen Taten!
5 Von dem herrlichen Glanz deiner Majestät will ich sprechen
und von deinen Wundertaten.
6 Von der Macht deines furchterregenden Waltens soll man reden,
und deine Größe will ich verkünden.
7 Das Lob deiner großen Güte soll man reichlich fließen lassen,
und deine Gerechtigkeit soll man jubelnd rühmen!
8 Gnädig und barmherzig ist der Herr,
geduldig und von großer Güte.
9 Der Herr ist gütig gegen alle,
und seine Barmherzigkeit waltet über allen seinen Werken.
10 Alle deine Werke werden dich loben, o Herr,
und deine Getreuen[b] dich
preisen.
11 Von der Herrlichkeit deines Reiches[c] werden sie reden
und von deiner Macht sprechen,
12 dass sie den Menschenkindern seine mächtigen Taten verkünden
und die prachtvolle Herrlichkeit seines Reiches.
13 Dein Reich ist ein Reich für alle Ewigkeiten,
und deine Herrschaft währt durch alle Geschlechter.
14 Der Herr stützt alle Strauchelnden,
und richtet alle auf, die gebeugt sind.
15 Aller Augen warten auf dich,
und du gibst ihnen ihre Speise zur rechten Zeit.
16 Du tust deine Hand auf
und sättigst alles, was lebt, mit Wohlgefallen.
17 Der Herr ist gerecht in allen seinen Wegen
und gnädig in allen seinen Werken.
18 Der Herr ist nahe allen, die ihn anrufen,
allen, die ihn in Wahrheit anrufen;
19 er erfüllt das Begehren derer, die ihn fürchten;
er hört ihr Schreien und rettet sie.
20 Der Herr behütet alle, die ihn lieben,
und er wird alle Gottlosen vertilgen.
21 Mein Mund soll den Ruhm des Herrn verkünden,
und alles Fleisch lobe seinen heiligen Namen

3 Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable.
4 One generation shall praise thy works to another, and shall declare thy mighty acts.
5 I will speak of the glorious honour of thy majesty, and of thy wondrous works.
6 And men shall speak of the might of thy terrible acts: and I will declare thy greatness.
7 They shall abundantly utter the memory of thy great goodness, and shall sing of thy righteousness.
8 The Lord is gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy.
9 The Lord is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works.
10 All thy works shall praise thee, O Lord; and thy saints shall bless thee.
11 They shall speak of the glory of thy kingdom, and talk of thy power;
12 To make known to the sons of men his mighty acts, and the glorious majesty of his kingdom.
