Salmo de David.
110 Así dijo el Señor a mi Señor:
«Siéntate a mi derecha,
hasta que ponga a tus enemigos
por debajo de tus pies».
2 El Señor extenderá desde Sión el poder de tu cetro.
Domina tú en medio de tus enemigos.
3 Tus tropas estarán dispuestas
cuando manifiestes tu poder,
ordenadas en santa majestad.
De las entrañas de la aurora
recibirás el rocío de tu juventud.
4 El Señor ha jurado
y no cambiará de parecer:
«Tú eres sacerdote para siempre,
según el orden de Melquisedec».
5 El Señor está a tu mano derecha;
aplastará a los reyes en el día de su ira.
6 Juzgará a las naciones y amontonará cadáveres;
aplastará cabezas en toda la tierra.
7 Beberá de un arroyo junto al camino
y por eso levantará su cabeza.

El Señor da poder al rey
(1a) Salmo de David.
110 (1b) El Señor dijo a mi señor:
«Siéntate a mi derecha,
hasta que yo haga de tus enemigos
el estrado de tus pies.»
2 Desde Sión, el Señor te entrega
el cetro, símbolo de tu poder.
¡Domina, pues, a tus enemigos!
3 Tu pueblo se te entrega
en el día de tu victoria.
Sobre los montes santos,
y como el rocío que nace de la aurora,
tu juventud se renueva de día en día.
4 El Señor ha hecho un juramento,
y no va a desdecirse:
«Tú eres sacerdote para siempre,
de la misma clase que Melquisedec.»
5 El Señor está a tu mano derecha;
en el día de su furor, destruirá reyes;
6 dictará sentencia contra las naciones;
amontonará cadáveres;
¡estrellará cabezas en toda la tierra!
7 En el camino, beberá agua de un arroyo,
y el agua le dará nuevas fuerzas.

110 (A)The Lord says to my Lord:
(B)“Sit at my right hand,
(C)until I make your enemies your (D)footstool.”
2 The Lord sends forth (E)from Zion
(F)your mighty scepter.
(G)Rule in the midst of your enemies!
3 (H)Your people will (I)offer themselves freely
on the day of your (J)power,[a]
in (K)holy garments;[b]
from the womb of the morning,
the dew of your youth will be yours.[c]
4 (L)The Lord has (M)sworn
and will (N)not change his mind,
(O)“You are (P)a priest (Q)forever
after the order of (R)Melchizedek.”
5 The Lord is at your (S)right hand;
he will (T)shatter kings on (U)the day of his wrath.
6 He will (V)execute judgment among the nations,
(W)filling them with corpses;
he will (X)shatter chiefs[d]
over the wide earth.
7 He will (Y)drink from the brook by the way;
therefore he will lift up his head.
