(1) Cántico y salmo de David.
108 (2) Mi corazón está dispuesto, Dios mío,
¡dispuesto a cantarte himnos!
Despierta, alma mía;
2 (3) despierten, arpa y salterio;
¡despertaré al nuevo día!
3 (4) Te alabaré con himnos, Señor,
en medio de pueblos y naciones.
4 (5) Pues tu amor es más grande que los cielos.
¡Tu lealtad alcanza al cielo azul!
5 (6) ¡Dios mío, tú estás por encima del cielo;
tu gloria llena toda la tierra!
6 (7) Sálvanos con tu poder,
para que sean libertados los que amas.
¡Respóndenos!
7 (8) Dios habló desde su santuario:
«¡Con qué alegría dividiré Siquem
y repartiré el valle de Sucot!
8 (9) Galaad y Manasés me pertenecen;
Efraín es el casco que cubre mi cabeza;
Judá es mi bastón de mando;
9 (10) Moab es la palangana en que me lavo;
sobre Edom arrojaré mi sandalia;
¡cantaré victoria sobre los filisteos!»
10 (11) ¿Quién me llevará a la ciudad amurallada?
¿Quién me guiará hasta Edom?
11 (12) Pues tú, oh Dios, nos has rechazado;
¡no sales ya con nuestras tropas!
12 (13) Ayúdanos contra el enemigo,
pues nada vale la ayuda del hombre.
13 (14) Con la ayuda de Dios haremos grandes cosas;
¡él aplastará a nuestros enemigos!

1 My heart, O God, is steadfast;(C)
I will sing(D) and make music with all my soul.
2 Awake, harp and lyre!(E)
I will awaken the dawn.
3 I will praise you, Lord, among the nations;
I will sing of you among the peoples.
4 For great is your love,(F) higher than the heavens;
your faithfulness(G) reaches to the skies.(H)
5 Be exalted, O God, above the heavens;(I)
let your glory be over all the earth.(J)
6 Save us and help us with your right hand,(K)
that those you love may be delivered.
7 God has spoken(L) from his sanctuary:(M)
“In triumph I will parcel out Shechem(N)
and measure off the Valley of Sukkoth.(O)
8 Gilead is mine, Manasseh is mine;
Ephraim is my helmet,
Judah(P) is my scepter.
9 Moab(Q) is my washbasin,
on Edom(R) I toss my sandal;
over Philistia(S) I shout in triumph.”
10 Who will bring me to the fortified city?
Who will lead me to Edom?
11 Is it not you, God, you who have rejected us
and no longer go out with our armies?(T)
12 Give us aid against the enemy,
for human help is worthless.(U)
13 With God we will gain the victory,
and he will trample down(V) our enemies.
