89 Anigu weligayba waxaan ku gabyi doonaa Rabbiga waxyaalihiisa naxariista leh,
Oo aaminnimadaadana afkaygaan ka ab ka ab ku ogeysiinayaa.
2 Waayo, waxaan idhi, Naxariistu weligeedba way dhisnaan doontaa,
Oo aaminnimadaadana waxaad ku adkayn doontaa samooyinka qudhooda.
3 Axdi baan la dhigtay kii aan doortay,
Oo waxaan u dhaartay addoonkaygii Daa'uud, oo ku idhi,
4 Farcankaaga weligayba waan sii adkayn doonaa,
Oo carshigaaguna wuu dhisnaan doonaa tan iyo ka ab ka ab. (Selaah)
5 Rabbiyow, samooyinku waxay ammaani doonaan yaababkaaga,
Oo weliba aaminnimadaadana waxaa laga dhex sheegi doonaa shirka kuwa quduuska ah.
6 Waayo, bal yaa cirka ku jira oo Rabbiga lala simi karaa?
Bal yaase ku dhex jira wiilasha kuwa xoogga badan oo Rabbiga la mid ah,
7 Kaas oo ah Ilaaha ugu cabsida badan guddiga kuwa quduuska ah,
Oo waajibka tahay in kuwa hareerihiisa ku wareegsan oo dhammu ay ka cabsadaan.
8 Rabbiyow Ilaaha ciidammadow,
Bal yaa sidaada u xoog badan, Rabbiyow?
Aaminnimadaadu hareerahaagay ku wareegsan tahay.
9 Adigaa u taliya badda kibirkeeda,
Oo markii hirarkeedu kacaan adigaa dejiya.
10 Rahab waxaad u kala burburisay sidii mid la dilay,
Oo cadaawayaashaadiina waxaad ku kala firdhisay gacanta xooggaaga.
11 Samooyinka adigaa iska leh, dhulkana adigaa iska leh,
Dunida iyo waxaa ka buuxana adigaa aasaasay.
12 Woqooyi iyo koonfurba adigaa abuuray,
Taaboor iyo Xermoonba magacaagay ku reyreeyaan.
13 Adigu waxaad leedahay dhudhun itaal weyn,
Gacantaaduna way xoog badan tahay, midigtaaduna way sarraysaa.
14 Carshigaaga aasaaskiisu waxa weeye xaq iyo caddaalad,
Oo naxariista iyo runtuna way ku hor socdaan.
15 Waxaa barakaysan dadka yaqaan dhawaaqa farxadda leh,
Rabbiyow, waxay ku socdaan wejigaaga iftiinkiisa,
16 Maalinta oo dhan waxay ku reyreeyaan magacaaga,
Oo waxay ku sara marayaan xaqnimadaada.
17 Waayo, waxaad tahay ammaantii xooggooda,
Oo raallinimadaada daraaddeed ayaa geeskayaga kor loogu sarraysiin doonaa.
18 Waayo, gaashaankayaga waxaa iska leh Rabbiga,
Oo boqorkayagana waxaa iska leh Kan quduuska ah oo reer binu Israa'iil.
19 Markaas quduusiintaada waxaad kula hadashay muuqasho,
Oo waxaad ku tidhi, Waxaan caawimaad kor saaray mid xoog badan,
Oo waxaan sarraysiiyey mid dadka laga doortay.
20 Waxaan helay addoonkaygii Daa'uud ahaa,
Oo waxaan ku subkay saliiddaydii quduuska ahayd,
21 Oo gacantaydu isagay la jiri doontaa,
Dhudhunkayguna isaguu xoogayn doonaa.
22 Cadowgu ma dulmi doono,
Wiilka sharnimaduna ma dhibi doono.
23 Oo cadaawayaashiisa hortiisaan ku wada burburin doonaa,
Oo kuwa isaga necebna waan layn doonaa.
24 Laakiinse aaminnimadayda iyo naxariistaydu isagay la jiri doonaan,
Oo geeskiisana waxaa lagu sarraysiin doonaa magacayga.
25 Oo weliba gacantiisa waxaan ka sarraysiin doonaa badda,
Midigtiisana webiyaasha.
26 Aniguu ii qayshan doonaa, oo wuxuu odhan doonaa, Adigu waxaad tahay aabbahay,
Iyo Ilaahay, iyo dhagaxii weynaa oo badbaadadayda.
27 Oo weliba waxaan isaga ka dhigi doonaa curadkayga,
Oo wuxuu ahaan doonaa boqorrada dunida kan ugu wada sarreeya.
28 Weligayba waxaan isaga u hayn doonaa naxariistayda,
Oo axdigayguna isaguu ku sii adkaan doona.
29 Oo weliba farcankiisana waxaan ka dhigi doonaa mid weligiis waara,
Carshigiisana sida wakhtiga samada.
30 Carruurtiisu hadday sharcigayga ka tagaan,
Oo aanay ku socon xukummadayda,
31 Hadday qaynuunnadayda jebiyaan,
Oo aanay amarradayda dhawrin,
32 Markaas xadgudubkooda waxaan kaga abaalmarin doonaa ul,
Xumaantoodana jeedal.
33 Laakiinse naxariistayda oo dhan kama wada qaadi doono,
Aaminnimadayduna inay isaga gabto uma oggolaan doono.
34 Axdigayga ma jebin doono,
Oo wixii afkayga ka soo baxayna ma beddeli doono.
35 Mar baan waxaan ku dhaartay quduusnimadayda,
Oo Daa'uud been uma sheegi doono,
36 Farcankiisu weligiisuu waari doonaa,
Carshigiisuna wuxuu u waari doonaa sida qorraxda hortayda ka ifaysa.
37 Oo wuxuu weligiisba u sii jiri doonaa sida dayaxa,
Iyo sida markhaatiga daacadda ah oo cirka jooga. (Selaah)
38 Laakiinse adigu waad xoortay oo waad nacday,
Oo waxaad u cadhootay kaaga subkan.
39 Axdigii addoonkaaga waad nacday,
Oo taajkiisiina waad nijaasaysay oo dhulka ku tuurtay.
40 Deyrarkiisii oo dhan waad dumisay,
Oo qalcadihiisii oo dhanna waad burburisay.
41 Wax alla wixii jidka soo mara oo dhanba isagay dhacaan,
Oo derisyadiisana wuxuu u noqday cay.
42 Waxaad kor u qaadday midigtii kuwii dulmayay,
Cadaawayaashiisii oo dhanna waad ka farxisay.
43 Oo weliba afka seeftiisana dib baad u celisaa,
Isagiina kama aad dhigin inuu dagaalka ku sii adkaysto.
44 Iftiinkiisii waad demisay,
Carshigiisiina dhulkaad ku tuurtay.
45 Cimrigii dhallinyaranimadiisii waad soo gaabisay,
Oo waxaad isagii ka muujisay ceeb. (Selaah)
46 Rabbiyow, ilaa goormaad isqarin doontaa? Ma weligaa baa?
Oo ilaa goormay cadhadaadu sida dab u ololi doontaa?
47 Bal xusuuso sida wakhtigaygu u gaaban yahay,
Waayo, sidaad binu-aadmiga oo dhan u abuurtay micnedarnaa!
48 Bal waa ninkee kan iska noolaan doona isagoo aan dhimasho arkin,
Oo naftiisa ka samatabbixin doona xoogga She'ool? (Selaah)
49 Sayidow, meeday naxariistaadii hore,
Oo aad Daa'uud aaminnimadaada ugu dhaaratay?
50 Sayidow, bal soo xusuuso cayda addoommadaada,
Iyo sida aan laabta ugu sido cayda dadka badan oo dhan,

1 I will sing(A) of the Lord’s great love forever;
with my mouth I will make your faithfulness known(B)
through all generations.
2 I will declare that your love stands firm forever,
that you have established your faithfulness in heaven itself.(C)
3 You said, “I have made a covenant with my chosen one,
I have sworn to David my servant,
4 ‘I will establish your line forever
and make your throne firm through all generations.’”[c](D)
5 The heavens(E) praise your wonders, Lord,
your faithfulness too, in the assembly(F) of the holy ones.
6 For who in the skies above can compare with the Lord?
Who is like the Lord among the heavenly beings?(G)
7 In the council(H) of the holy ones(I) God is greatly feared;
he is more awesome than all who surround him.(J)
8 Who is like you,(K) Lord God Almighty?(L)
You, Lord, are mighty, and your faithfulness surrounds you.
9 You rule over the surging sea;
when its waves mount up, you still them.(M)
10 You crushed Rahab(N) like one of the slain;
with your strong arm you scattered(O) your enemies.
11 The heavens are yours,(P) and yours also the earth;(Q)
you founded the world and all that is in it.(R)
12 You created the north and the south;
Tabor(S) and Hermon(T) sing for joy(U) at your name.
13 Your arm is endowed with power;
your hand is strong, your right hand exalted.(V)
14 Righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne;(W)
love and faithfulness go before you.(X)
15 Blessed are those who have learned to acclaim you,
who walk(Y) in the light(Z) of your presence, Lord.
16 They rejoice in your name(AA) all day long;
they celebrate your righteousness.
17 For you are their glory and strength,(AB)
and by your favor you exalt our horn.[d](AC)
18 Indeed, our shield[e](AD) belongs to the Lord,
our king(AE) to the Holy One of Israel.
19 Once you spoke in a vision,
to your faithful people you said:
“I have bestowed strength on a warrior;
I have raised up a young man from among the people.
20 I have found David(AF) my servant;(AG)
with my sacred oil(AH) I have anointed(AI) him.
21 My hand will sustain him;
surely my arm will strengthen him.(AJ)
22 The enemy will not get the better of him;(AK)
the wicked will not oppress(AL) him.
23 I will crush his foes before him(AM)
and strike down his adversaries.(AN)
24 My faithful love will be with him,(AO)
and through my name his horn[f] will be exalted.
25 I will set his hand over the sea,
his right hand over the rivers.(AP)
26 He will call out to me, ‘You are my Father,(AQ)
my God, the Rock(AR) my Savior.’(AS)
27 And I will appoint him to be my firstborn,(AT)
the most exalted(AU) of the kings(AV) of the earth.
28 I will maintain my love to him forever,
and my covenant with him will never fail.(AW)
29 I will establish his line forever,
his throne as long as the heavens endure.(AX)
30 “If his sons forsake my law
and do not follow my statutes,
31 if they violate my decrees
and fail to keep my commands,
32 I will punish their sin with the rod,
their iniquity with flogging;(AY)
33 but I will not take my love from him,(AZ)
nor will I ever betray my faithfulness.
34 I will not violate my covenant
or alter what my lips have uttered.(BA)
35 Once for all, I have sworn by my holiness—
and I will not lie to David—
36 that his line will continue forever
and his throne endure before me like the sun;(BB)
37 it will be established forever like the moon,
the faithful witness in the sky.”(BC)
38 But you have rejected,(BD) you have spurned,
you have been very angry with your anointed one.
39 You have renounced the covenant with your servant
and have defiled his crown in the dust.(BE)
40 You have broken through all his walls(BF)
and reduced his strongholds(BG) to ruins.
41 All who pass by have plundered(BH) him;
he has become the scorn of his neighbors.(BI)
42 You have exalted the right hand of his foes;
you have made all his enemies rejoice.(BJ)
43 Indeed, you have turned back the edge of his sword
and have not supported him in battle.(BK)
44 You have put an end to his splendor
and cast his throne to the ground.
45 You have cut short(BL) the days of his youth;
you have covered him with a mantle of shame.(BM)
46 How long, Lord? Will you hide yourself forever?
How long will your wrath burn like fire?(BN)
47 Remember how fleeting is my life.(BO)
For what futility you have created all humanity!
48 Who can live and not see death,
or who can escape the power of the grave?(BP)
49 Lord, where is your former great love,
which in your faithfulness you swore to David?
50 Remember, Lord, how your servant has[g] been mocked,(BQ)
how I bear in my heart the taunts of all the nations,
51 the taunts with which your enemies, Lord, have mocked,
with which they have mocked every step of your anointed one.(BR)
52 Praise be to the Lord forever!

89 I will sing of the mercies of the Lord for ever: with my mouth will I make known thy faithfulness to all generations.
2 For I have said, Mercy shall be built up for ever: thy faithfulness shalt thou establish in the very heavens.
3 I have made a covenant with my chosen, I have sworn unto David my servant,
4 Thy seed will I establish for ever, and build up thy throne to all generations. Selah.
5 And the heavens shall praise thy wonders, O Lord: thy faithfulness also in the congregation of the saints.
6 For who in the heaven can be compared unto the Lord? who among the sons of the mighty can be likened unto the Lord?
7 God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the saints, and to be had in reverence of all them that are about him.
8 O Lord God of hosts, who is a strong Lord like unto thee? or to thy faithfulness round about thee?
9 Thou rulest the raging of the sea: when the waves thereof arise, thou stillest them.
10 Thou hast broken Rahab in pieces, as one that is slain; thou hast scattered thine enemies with thy strong arm.
