¹⁶ Now may ^(A)the Lord of peace himself ^(B)give you peace at all times in every way. ^(C)The Lord be with you all.

²⁸ And he came to her and said, “Greetings, ^(A)O favored one, ^(B)the Lord is with you!”^[a]

¹² And ^(A)the angel of the Lord appeared to him and said to him, ^(B)“The Lord is with you, O mighty man of valor.”

²² The Lord be ^(A)with your spirit. ^(B)Grace be with you.^[a]

¹¹ Then all the people who were ^(A)at the gate and the elders said, “We are witnesses. May the Lord make the woman, who is coming into your house, like Rachel and Leah, ^(B)who together ^(C)built up the house of Israel. May you act worthily in ^(D)Ephrathah and ^(E)be renowned in Bethlehem,

² Those who have believing masters must not be disrespectful on the ground that they are ^(A)brothers; rather they must serve all the better since those who benefit by their good service are believers and beloved.

False Teachers and True Contentment

^(B)Teach and urge these things.

¹⁰ If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, ^(A)do not receive him into your house or give him any greeting, ¹¹ for whoever greets him ^(B)takes part in his wicked works.
