11 Så skall också ni se på er själva: ni är döda från synden och lever för Gud i Kristus Jesus.
12 Synden skall därför inte härska i er dödliga kropp, så att ni lyder dess begär. 13 Ställ inte era lemmar i syndens tjänst, som vapen åt orättfärdigheten, utan ställ er själva i Guds tjänst. Ni som var döda men nu lever, ställ era lemmar i Guds tjänst som vapen åt rättfärdigheten.

11 Likewise you also, [a]reckon yourselves to be (A)dead indeed to sin, but (B)alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
12 (C)Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts. 13 And do not present your (D)members as [b]instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but (E)present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God.

11 Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
12 Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.
13 Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.
