²⁴ For ^(A)in hope we were saved, but ^(B)hope that is seen is not hope, for who hopes for what he already sees? ²⁵ But ^(C)if we hope for what we do not see, with perseverance we eagerly wait for it.

²⁶ And in the same way the Spirit also helps our weakness, for ^(D)we do not know how to pray as we should, but ^(E)the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words;
