Romans 8:14-16
Common English Bible
14 All who are led by God’s Spirit are God’s sons and daughters. 15 You didn’t receive a spirit of slavery to lead you back again into fear, but you received a Spirit that shows you are adopted as his children. With this Spirit, we cry, “Abba, Father.” 16 The same Spirit agrees with our spirit, that we are God’s children.

14 For those who are led by the Spirit of God(A) are the children of God.(B) 15 The Spirit(C) you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again;(D) rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship.[a] And by him we cry, “Abba,[b] Father.”(E) 16 The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit(F) that we are God’s children.(G)
