Dead to Sin, Alive to God
6 (A)What shall we say then? Are we to (B)continue in sin so that grace may increase? 2 (C)May it never be! How shall we who (D)died to sin still live in it? 3 Or do you not know that all of us who were (E)baptized into (F)Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? 4 Therefore we were (G)buried with Him through baptism into death, so that as Christ was (H)raised from the dead through the (I)glory of the Father, so we too might walk in (J)newness of life. 5 For (K)if we have become [a]united with Him in the likeness of His death, certainly we shall also be [b]in the likeness of His resurrection, 6 knowing this, that our (L)old man was (M)crucified with Him, in order that our (N)body of sin might be [c]done away with, so that we would no longer be slaves to sin; 7 for (O)he who has died has been [d]justified from sin.
8 Now (P)if we died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him, 9 knowing that Christ, having been (Q)raised from the dead, [e]is never to die again; (R)death no longer is master over Him. 10 For the death that He died, He died to sin once for all, but the life that He lives, He lives to God. 11 Even so consider yourselves to be (S)dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus.
12 Therefore do not let sin (T)reign in your mortal body so that you obey its lusts, 13 and do not go on (U)presenting your members to sin as [f]instruments of unrighteousness, but (V)present yourselves to God as those alive from the dead, and your members as [g]instruments of righteousness to God. 14 For (W)sin shall not (X)be master over you, for (Y)you are not under law but (Z)under grace.
Slaves of Righteousness
15 What then? (AA)Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? (AB)May it never be! 16 Do you not (AC)know that when you go on presenting yourselves to someone as (AD)slaves for obedience, you are slaves of the one whom you obey, either of (AE)sin [h]leading to death, or of obedience [i]leading to righteousness? 17 But (AF)thanks be to God that though you were slaves of sin, you obeyed from the heart that (AG)pattern of teaching to which you were (AH)given over, 18 and having been (AI)freed from sin, you became slaves of righteousness. 19 (AJ)I am speaking in human terms because of the weakness of your flesh. For just (AK)as you presented your members as slaves to impurity and to lawlessness, [j]leading to further lawlessness, so now present your members as slaves to righteousness, [k]leading to sanctification.
20 For (AL)when you were slaves of sin, you were free in regard to righteousness. 21 Therefore what [l](AM)benefit were you then having [m]from the things of which you are now ashamed? For the end of those things is (AN)death. 22 But now having been (AO)freed from sin and (AP)enslaved to God, you have your [n](AQ)benefit, [o]leading to sanctification, and (AR)the end, eternal life. 23 For the wages of (AS)sin is death, but the gracious gift of God is (AT)eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

New International Version
Dead to Sin, Alive in Christ
6 What shall we say, then?(A) Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase?(B) 2 By no means! We are those who have died to sin;(C) how can we live in it any longer? 3 Or don’t you know that all of us who were baptized(D) into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? 4 We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death(E) in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead(F) through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.(G)
5 For if we have been united with him in a death like his, we will certainly also be united with him in a resurrection like his.(H) 6 For we know that our old self(I) was crucified with him(J) so that the body ruled by sin(K) might be done away with,[a] that we should no longer be slaves to sin(L)— 7 because anyone who has died has been set free from sin.(M)
8 Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him.(N) 9 For we know that since Christ was raised from the dead,(O) he cannot die again; death no longer has mastery over him.(P) 10 The death he died, he died to sin(Q) once for all;(R) but the life he lives, he lives to God.
11 In the same way, count yourselves dead to sin(S) but alive to God in Christ Jesus. 12 Therefore do not let sin reign(T) in your mortal body so that you obey its evil desires. 13 Do not offer any part of yourself to sin as an instrument of wickedness,(U) but rather offer yourselves to God as those who have been brought from death to life; and offer every part of yourself to him as an instrument of righteousness.(V) 14 For sin shall no longer be your master,(W) because you are not under the law,(X) but under grace.(Y)
Slaves to Righteousness
15 What then? Shall we sin because we are not under the law but under grace?(Z) By no means! 16 Don’t you know that when you offer yourselves to someone as obedient slaves, you are slaves of the one you obey(AA)—whether you are slaves to sin,(AB) which leads to death,(AC) or to obedience, which leads to righteousness? 17 But thanks be to God(AD) that, though you used to be slaves to sin,(AE) you have come to obey from your heart the pattern of teaching(AF) that has now claimed your allegiance. 18 You have been set free from sin(AG) and have become slaves to righteousness.(AH)
19 I am using an example from everyday life(AI) because of your human limitations. Just as you used to offer yourselves as slaves to impurity and to ever-increasing wickedness, so now offer yourselves as slaves to righteousness(AJ) leading to holiness. 20 When you were slaves to sin,(AK) you were free from the control of righteousness.(AL) 21 What benefit did you reap at that time from the things you are now ashamed of? Those things result in death!(AM) 22 But now that you have been set free from sin(AN) and have become slaves of God,(AO) the benefit you reap leads to holiness, and the result is eternal life.(AP) 23 For the wages of sin is death,(AQ) but the gift of God is eternal life(AR) in[b] Christ Jesus our Lord.

Ròm 6
Haitian Creole Version
6 ¶ Nan kondisyon sa a, kisa n'a di? Eske nou mèt kontinye ap viv toujou nan peche pou favè Bondye a ka vin pi plis toujou?
2 Non. Sa pa ka fèt. Poukisa? Paske annegad peche nou mouri.
Men, menm jan Papa a te fè l' leve soti nan lanmò avèk gwo fòs pouvwa li, konsa tou nou menm nou ka mennen yon lòt lavi.
5 Menm jan nou fè yonn ak li paske nou te mouri yon jan tankou li menm li te mouri a, konsa tou n'a fè yonn avè li, paske n'a leve soti vivan nan lanmò tankou l' tou.
6 Nou konn sa byen: vye moun nou te ye anvan an, sa mouri avèk Kris la sou kwa a. Konsa, sa nou gen nan kò nou ki te konn fè nou fè peche a fini. Nou pa esklav peche ankò.
7 Lè yon moun mouri, li delivre anba pouvwa peche a.
8 Si nou mouri ansanm ak Kris la, nou kwè nava viv tou ansanm avè li.
9 Nou konnen Kris la te leve soti vivan nan lanmò, li pa gen pou l' mouri ankò; lanmò pa gen okenn pouvwa sou li.
10 Lè l' te mouri, se pou peche li te mouri. Li mouri yon sèl fwa, li p'ap janm mouri ankò. Koulye a l'ap viv, se pou Bondye l'ap viv.
11 Konsa tou, nou menm, konsidere tèt nou tankou moun ki deja mouri annegad peche epi k'ap viv pou Bondye ansanm avèk Jezikri.
12 Pa kite peche donminen sou kò nou ki gen pou mouri a, pou l' fè nou fè tou sa kò a anvi fè.
13 Pa lage okenn pati nan kò nou nan peche, pou peche a pa sèvi avè l' pou fè sa ki mal. Okontrè, tankou moun ki delivre anba lanmò epi k'ap viv, ann lage kò nou nan men Bondye. Wi, mete tout pati nan kò nou nan men Bondye pou l' ka sèvi ak yo pou fè sa ki byen.
14 Peche pa dwe donminen sou nou, paske nou pa anba pouvwa lalwa Moyiz la ankò, se anba favè Bondye a nou ye.
15 Kisa sa vle di menm? Paske nou pa anba lalwa Moyiz la ankò men anba favè Bondye a, èske nou ta mèt fè peche pou sa? Men non.
16 Nou konn sa byen: Si nou lage tèt nou nan men yon moun pou nou sèvi l' esklav pou n' obeyi l', nou tounen esklav moun n'ap obeyi a. Si nou lage kò nou nan peche, nou tounen esklav peche k'ap fè nou jwenn ak lanmò. Men, si nou lage kò nou nan obeyi Bondye, n'a esklav obeyisans k'ap fè nou mache dwat devan Bondye.
17 Men, ann di mèsi Bondye! Paske yon lè nou menm nou te esklav peche; men koulye a, egzanp nou jwenn nan sa yo te moutre nou an, n'ap swiv li ak tout kè nou.
18 Nou delivre anba peche.
23 Peche peye nou kach: li ban nou lanmò; men kadò Bondye ban nou gratis la, se lavi ansanm ak Jezikri, Seyè nou an, yon lavi ki p'ap janm fini.
Romans 6
King James Version
6 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?
2 God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?
3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
5 For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:
6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
7 For he that is dead is freed from sin.
8 Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:
9 Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him.
10 For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God.
11 Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
12 Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.
13 Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.
14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.
15 What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.
16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
17 But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you.
18 Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.
19 I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity; even so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto holiness.
20 For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness.
21 What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death.
22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.
23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
