⁹ knowing that Christ, having been ^(A)raised from the dead, ^[a]is never to die again; ^(B)death no longer is master over Him. ¹⁰ For ^[b]the death that He died, He died to sin once for all time; but ^[c]the life that He lives, He lives to ^[d]God.

¹⁸ For ^(A)Christ also ^[a]suffered for sins ^(B)once for all time, the just for the unjust, so that He might ^(C)bring us to God, having been put to death ^(D)in the flesh, but made alive ^(E)in the ^[b]spirit;

¹⁰ By ^[a]this will, we have been ^(A)sanctified through ^(B)the offering of ^(C)the body of Jesus Christ ^(D)once for all time.
