Romans 4:5-8
New American Standard Bible
5 But to the one who does not work, but (A)believes in Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is credited as righteousness, 6 just as David also speaks of the blessing of the person to whom God credits righteousness apart from works:
7 “(B)Blessed are those whose lawless deeds have been forgiven,
And whose sins have been covered.
8 (C)Blessed is the man whose sin the Lord will not (D)take into account.”
Romans 4:5-8
Revised Standard Version
5 And to one who does not work but trusts him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is reckoned as righteousness. 6 So also David pronounces a blessing upon the man to whom God reckons righteousness apart from works:
7 “Blessed are those whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered;
8 blessed is the man against whom the Lord will not reckon his sin.”
