All Have Sinned^(A)

⁹ What then? Are we better than they? Not at all. For we have previously charged both Jews and Greeks that ^(B)they are all under sin.

²³ for ^(A)all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

³² For God has ^[a]committed them ^(A)all to disobedience, that He might have mercy on all.

²² But the Scripture has confined ^(A)all under sin, ^(B)that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe.
