²³ for all ^[a](A)have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

²³ For the wages of ^(A)sin is death, but the gracious gift of God is ^(B)eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

⁸ But God ^(A)demonstrates ^(B)His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, ^(C)Christ died for us.

^9 [a]that ^(A)if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and ^(B)believe in your heart that ^(C)God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved;

¹⁰ for with the heart a person believes, ^[a]resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, ^[b]resulting in salvation.

¹³ for “^(A)Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
