²⁰ because ^(A)by the works ^[a]of the Law no flesh will be justified in His sight; for ^[b](B)through the Law comes the knowledge of sin.

²⁷ Where then is ^(A)boasting? It is excluded. By ^(B)what kind of law? Of works? No, but by a law of faith.

³¹ Do we then nullify ^[a]the Law through faith? ^(A)May it never be! On the contrary, we ^(B)establish the Law.
