Romans 15:10-19
New International Version
10 Again, it says,
11 And again,
12 And again, Isaiah says,
“The Root of Jesse(C) will spring up,
one who will arise to rule over the nations;
in him the Gentiles will hope.”[c](D)
13 May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace(E) as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.(F)
Paul the Minister to the Gentiles
14 I myself am convinced, my brothers and sisters, that you yourselves are full of goodness,(G) filled with knowledge(H) and competent to instruct one another. 15 Yet I have written you quite boldly on some points to remind you of them again, because of the grace God gave me(I) 16 to be a minister of Christ Jesus to the Gentiles.(J) He gave me the priestly duty of proclaiming the gospel of God,(K) so that the Gentiles might become an offering(L) acceptable to God, sanctified by the Holy Spirit.
17 Therefore I glory in Christ Jesus(M) in my service to God.(N) 18 I will not venture to speak of anything except what Christ has accomplished through me in leading the Gentiles(O) to obey God(P) by what I have said and done— 19 by the power of signs and wonders,(Q) through the power of the Spirit of God.(R) So from Jerusalem(S) all the way around to Illyricum, I have fully proclaimed the gospel of Christ.(T)

Psalm 129-130
New International Version
Psalm 129
A song of ascents.
1 “They have greatly oppressed(A) me from my youth,”(B)
let Israel say;(C)
2 “they have greatly oppressed me from my youth,
but they have not gained the victory(D) over me.
3 Plowmen have plowed my back
and made their furrows long.
4 But the Lord is righteous;(E)
he has cut me free(F) from the cords of the wicked.”(G)
5 May all who hate Zion(H)
be turned back in shame.(I)
6 May they be like grass on the roof,(J)
which withers(K) before it can grow;
7 a reaper cannot fill his hands with it,(L)
nor one who gathers fill his arms.
8 May those who pass by not say to them,
“The blessing of the Lord be on you;
we bless you(M) in the name of the Lord.”
Psalm 130
A song of ascents.
1 Out of the depths(N) I cry to you,(O) Lord;
2 Lord, hear my voice.(P)
Let your ears be attentive(Q)
to my cry for mercy.(R)
3 If you, Lord, kept a record of sins,
Lord, who could stand?(S)
4 But with you there is forgiveness,(T)
so that we can, with reverence, serve you.(U)
