² And do not ^(A)be conformed to ^(B)this ^[a]world, but be transformed by the ^(C)renewing of your mind, so that you may ^[b](D)prove what the will of God is, that which is good and ^[c]acceptable and perfect.

³ For through ^(E)the grace given to me I say to everyone among you ^(F)not to think more highly of himself than he ought to think; but to think so as to have sound judgment, as God has allotted to ^(G)each a measure of faith.

A Thorn in the Flesh

⁷ Because of the extraordinary greatness of the ^(A)revelations, for this reason, to keep me from exalting myself, there was given to me a ^(B)thorn in the flesh, a ^(C)messenger of Satan to ^[a]torment me—to keep me from exalting myself!

⁷ But ^(A)to each one of us ^(B)grace was given ^(C)according to the measure of Christ’s gift.
