²⁸ Do you not know?
    Have you not heard?^(A)
The Lord is the everlasting^(B) God,
    the Creator^(C) of the ends of the earth.^(D)
He will not grow tired or weary,^(E)
    and his understanding no one can fathom.^(F)

⁶ he builds his lofty palace^[a](A) in the heavens
    and sets its foundation^[b] on the earth;
he calls for the waters of the sea
    and pours them out over the face of the land—
