22 Therefore consider the goodness and severity of God: on those who fell, severity; but toward you, [a]goodness, (A)if you continue in His goodness. Otherwise (B)you also will be cut off. 23 And they also, (C)if they do not continue in unbelief, will be grafted in, for God is able to graft them in again. 24 For if you were cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and were grafted contrary to nature into a cultivated olive tree, how much more will these, who are natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree?

25 For I do not desire, brethren, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be (D)wise in your own [b]opinion, that (E)blindness in part has happened to Israel (F)until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in. 26 And so all Israel will be [c]saved, as it is written:

(G)“The Deliverer will come out of Zion,
And He will turn away ungodliness from Jacob;
27 For (H)this is My covenant with them,
When I take away their sins.”

28 Concerning the gospel they are enemies for your sake, but concerning the election they are (I)beloved for the sake of the fathers. 29 For the gifts and the calling of God are (J)irrevocable. 30 For as you (K)were once disobedient to God, yet have now obtained mercy through their disobedience, 31 even so these also have now been disobedient, that through the mercy shown you they also may obtain mercy. 32 For God has [d]committed them (L)all to disobedience, that He might have mercy on all.

33 Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and His ways past finding out!

34 “For who has known the (M)mind of the Lord?
Or (N)who has become His counselor?”
35 “Or(O) who has first given to Him
And it shall be repaid to him?”

36 For (P)of Him and through Him and to Him are all things, (Q)to whom be glory forever. Amen.

Living Sacrifices to God

12 I (R)beseech[e] you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies (S)a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your [f]reasonable service. And (T)do not be conformed to this world, but (U)be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may (V)prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Serve God with Spiritual Gifts

For I say, (W)through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, (X)not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt (Y)to each one a measure of faith. For (Z)as we have many members in one body, but all the members do not have the same function, so (AA)we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another. Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is (AB)given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, let us (AC)prophesy in proportion to our faith; or ministry, let us use it in our ministering; (AD)he who teaches, in teaching; (AE)he who exhorts, in exhortation; (AF)he who gives, with liberality; (AG)he who leads, with diligence; he who shows mercy, (AH)with cheerfulness.

Behave Like a Christian

(AI)Let love be without hypocrisy. (AJ)Abhor what is evil. Cling to what is good. 10 (AK)Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, (AL)in honor giving preference to one another; 11 not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; 12 (AM)rejoicing in hope, (AN)patient[g] in tribulation, (AO)continuing steadfastly in prayer; 13 (AP)distributing to the needs of the saints, (AQ)given[h] to hospitality.

14 (AR)Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse. 15 (AS)Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep. 16 (AT)Be of the same mind toward one another. (AU)Do not set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Do not be wise in your own opinion.

17 (AV)Repay no one evil for evil. (AW)Have[i] regard for good things in the sight of all men. 18 If it is possible, as much as depends on you, (AX)live peaceably with all men. 19 Beloved, (AY)do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, (AZ)“Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord. 20 Therefore

(BA)“If your enemy is hungry, feed him;
If he is thirsty, give him a drink;
For in so doing you will heap coals of fire on his head.”

21 Do not be overcome by evil, but (BB)overcome evil with good.
