Romans 10:18-21

¹⁸But I say, have they never heard? On the contrary, they have;

“^(A)Their voice has gone out into all the earth,
And their words to the ends of the ^[a]world.”

¹⁹But I say, did Israel not know? First Moses says,

“^(B)I will ^(C)make you jealous by that which is not a nation,
By a nation without understanding will I anger you.”

²⁰And Isaiah is very bold and says,

“^(D)I was found by those who did not seek Me,
I became manifest to those who did not ask for Me.”

²¹But as for Israel He says, “^(E)All day long I have stretched out My hands to a disobedient and obstinate people.”

¹⁸But I ask, did they not hear? Of course, they certainly did.

The sound of their voice went out to all the earth,
and their words to the farthest parts of the world.^[a]

¹⁹Yet I ask, did Israel not understand? First, Moses says:

I will make you jealous of those who are not a nation;
I will make you angry with a nation that does not understand.^[b]

²⁰And Isaiah also boldly says:

I was found by those who were not looking for me;
I became well known to those who were not asking for me.^[c]

²¹But about Israel he says:

All day long I stretched out my hands
to a people who disobey and oppose me.^[d]
