⁸ First, ^(A)I thank my God through Jesus Christ ^[a]for you all, because ^(B)your faith is being proclaimed throughout the whole world.

^25 (A)Now to Him who is able to strengthen you ^(B)according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of ^(C)the mystery which has been kept secret for ^(D)long ages past, ²⁶ but now is manifested, and by ^(E)the Scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the eternal God, has been made known to all the Gentiles, leading to ^(F)obedience of faith;

⁵ because of the ^(A)hope ^(B)laid up for you in ^[a]heaven, of which you previously ^(C)heard in the word of truth, ^[b]the gospel ⁶ which has come to you, just as ^[c](D)in all the world also it is constantly bearing ^(E)fruit and ^[d]multiplying, just as it has been doing in you also since the day you ^(F)heard and ^[e]understood the grace of God in truth;
