⁴ who was declared ^(A)the Son of God with power according to the ^[a]Spirit of holiness ^[b]by the resurrection from the dead, Jesus Christ our Lord, ⁵ through whom we have received grace and ^(B)apostleship ^[c]to bring about the ^(C)obedience of faith among ^(D)all the Gentiles in behalf of His name, ⁶ among whom you also are the ^(E)called of Jesus Christ;

⁸ but to those who are ^(A)self-serving and ^(B)do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, He will give wrath and indignation.

¹⁶ Do you not ^(A)know that the one to whom you present yourselves as ^(B)slaves for obedience, you are slaves of that same one whom you obey, either of ^(C)sin ^[a]resulting in death, or of obedience ^[b]resulting in righteousness?
