²⁶ For this reason ^(A)God gave them over to ^(B)degrading passions; for their women exchanged natural relations for that which is contrary to nature, ²⁷ and likewise the men, too, abandoned natural relations ^[a]with women and burned in their desire toward one another, ^(C)males with males committing ^[b]shameful acts and receiving in ^[c]their own persons the due penalty of their error.

¹² For all who have sinned ^[a](A)without the Law will also perish ^[b]without the Law, and all who have sinned ^[c]under the Law will be judged ^[d]by the Law; ¹³ for it is ^(B)not the hearers ^[e]of the Law who are ^[f]righteous before God, but the doers ^[g]of the Law who will be justified.

⁹ Or ^(A)do you not know that the unrighteous will not ^(B)inherit the kingdom of God? ^(C)Do not be deceived; ^(D)neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor ^[a]homosexuals, ¹⁰ nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor those habitually drunk, nor verbal abusers, nor swindlers, will ^(E)inherit the kingdom of God.
