Romans 9:26-28
American Standard Version

26 [a]And it shall be, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people,
There shall they be called sons of the living God.

27 And Isaiah crieth concerning Israel, [b]If the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, it is the remnant that shall be saved: 28 for the Lord will execute his word upon the earth, finishing it and cutting it short.

26 and,

“In the very place where it was said to them,
    ‘You are not my people,’
    there they will be called ‘children of the living God.’”[a](A)

27 Isaiah cries out concerning Israel:

“Though the number of the Israelites be like the sand by the sea,(B)
    only the remnant will be saved.(C)
28 For the Lord will carry out
    his sentence on earth with speed and finality.”[b](D)
