24 [a]O [b]wretched man that I am, who shall deliver me from the body of this death!
25 I [c]thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. Then I [d]myself in my mind serve the Law of God, but in my flesh the law of sin.

24 What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body that is subject to death?(A) 25 Thanks be to God, who delivers me through Jesus Christ our Lord!(B)
So then, I myself in my mind am a slave to God’s law,(C) but in my sinful nature[a] a slave to the law of sin.(D)
