Romans 3:3-5

3 It is true that some of them did not believe the message. But does this mean that God cannot be trusted, just because they did not have faith? 4 (A) No, indeed! God tells the truth, even if everyone else is a liar. The Scriptures say about God,
“Your words
will be proven true,
and in court
you will win your case.”
5 If our evil deeds show how right God is, then what can we say? Is it wrong for God to become angry and punish us? What a foolish thing to ask.

3 What if some were unfaithful?(A) Will their unfaithfulness nullify God’s faithfulness?(B) 4 Not at all! Let God be true,(C) and every human being a liar.(D) As it is written:
5 But if our unrighteousness brings out God’s righteousness more clearly,(F) what shall we say? That God is unjust in bringing his wrath on us? (I am using a human argument.)(G)
