Romans 3:25
International Standard Version
25 whom God offered as a place where atonement by the Messiah’s[a] blood would occur through faith. He did this[b] to demonstrate his righteousness, because he had waited patiently to deal with sins committed in the past.

25 God presented Christ as a sacrifice of atonement,[a](A) through the shedding of his blood(B)—to be received by faith. He did this to demonstrate his righteousness, because in his forbearance he had left the sins committed beforehand unpunished(C)—
