21 But as the Scriptures say,
They will see Him even though they’ve never been told about Him;
they will understand even though they never heard of Him.[a]
22 Because of many issues, I have not been able to visit you in the city of Rome. 23 But my time to serve those here is coming to an end, there’s no room left for me in this region, and I have longed to come to you for many years. So I plan to visit you
