¹⁶Therefore ^(A)do not let what is for you a good thing be ^[a]slandered;

New International Version

¹⁶Therefore do not let what you know is good be spoken of as evil.^(A)

²¹for we ^(A)respect what is good, not only in ^(B)the sight of the Lord, but also in the sight of men.

²¹For we are taking pains to do what is right, not only in the eyes of the Lord but also in the eyes of man.^(A)
