¹³ Let us ^[a](A)behave properly as in the day, ^(B)not in carousing and drunkenness, not in sexual promiscuity and sensuality, not in strife and jealousy.

¹¹ But ^[a]actually, I wrote to you not to associate ^[b]with any so-called ^(A)brother if he is an immoral person, or covetous, or ^(B)an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or a swindler—not even to eat with such a one.

¹⁹ Now the deeds of the flesh are evident, which are: ^[a](A)immorality, impurity, sensuality, ²⁰ idolatry, ^(B)sorcery, enmities, ^(C)strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, ^(D)disputes, dissensions, ^[b](E)factions, ²¹ envying, ^(F)drunkenness, carousing, and things like these, of which I forewarn you, just as I have forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not ^(G)inherit the kingdom of God.

⁵ For this you know with certainty, that ^(A)no ^[a]immoral or impure person or covetous man, who is an idolater, has an inheritance in the kingdom ^(B)of Christ and God.
